When I left a review of MD Legacy last year for building a beautiful paver-stone pad, I wrote that I looked forward to calling Eric again in the spring for some additional work. And WOW–they just finished the new projects, which have completely transformed the entire perimeter of our house! We hired them to remove overgrown bushes along the front of our house and create new garden beds in their place, as well as lawn leveling and grass treatments. As he did last year, Eric stayed in virtually constant communication by text and phone, patiently answering our many questions and addressing every issue we brought up with creative solutions. We could tell he was giving the project his full attention, and he designed the new garden beds in gorgeous shapes that complement the contours of our property, with garden walls to the river jacks stones laid along the house and used as accents elsewhere. We had such confidence in him and his team that we ultimately expanded the project to the other three sides of our house, replacing several weedy, hard-to-maintain strips of land with low-maintenance gravel patios and walkways–including beautiful stepping stones that make it easy (and fun!) to walk there. Eric’s crew was just as friendly and outstanding as before, and over the course of three full work days, I got to know each talented member, including his dad Reggie (always so helpful and kind), Carlos, Jose, Chris, and Walter. They were true artists with the stone wall, making precise measurements and cuts to create smooth curves, and in all their choices they made sure to direct the flow of water away from the foundation. They even cleaned up the yard impeccably. Eric and his crew made the whole experience an absolute pleasure, and at the same time turned our landscaping dreams into reality. We can’t wait to have them back for the planting phase!

He was very quick to reply and had someone come to the house the SAME day and I received the quote a day after. There was a change we made mid-project that they recommended that added a little cost but overall it was to the benefit of the aesthetics overall and I was very happy they came to me with the idea. We hired MD Legacy to install a paver stone pad behind our shed, for our waste bins to sit on, and the whole process was a pleasure from start to finish. During the planning stage, Eric was always easy to reach by phone and text, and he was happy to accommodate all of our design choices. On the project day, his dad Reggie and a small crew installed pavers to perfection. They were all so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything looked beautiful. They spread grass send not only on the areas they disturbed, but many other bare spots around our lawn, without my even asking. And they cleaning up the jobsite completely, leaving no trace of dirt or gravel. The resulting paver pad is absolutely stunning, and made from excellent quality materials. I look forward to calling Eric again in the spring to address our other landscaping issues!

I was highly impressed with Eric’s professionalism. The price for resetting my patio pavers was very reasonable compared to the second price that was quoted to me. Since I was out of town, Eric kept me abreast of the work that was being done via photos. The patio was done within time frame that he had said it would be completed. His team was very professional, personal, neat, and well organized in completing this job. Md Legacy did an excellent job in leveling the pavers and power washing them to look new. I am highly impressed with the new look of my patio. I would highly reccomend Md Legacy to anyone who needs patio work or landscaping.

My garden Wall and the plants that were out in are so classy and pretty. It turned a dry dusty area where a tree stump used to live to a beautiful garden a decorative wall. I would highly recommend MD Legacy! The initial consultation with Eric was excellent and this continued throughout the entire experience. The patio looked brand new at the completion of the patio maintenance. I had another company power wash the patio, however, the moss and discoloration was still present when they finished the job. Eric came in after their work and took care of all the patio issues. Great job by Eric. I would definitely use his company again.

Eric and his Dad did an excellent job. They arrived at 11:00AM as scheduled and worked continuously until done at 6:00PM. Eric came back the next day to sand down any rough edges, finish removing any debris and move items back where they were. They were very well organized as they needed multiple tools and all grass surfaces were covered to ensure that the old wall debris went in the truck before they left at 6:00PM.

Where do I start? I had gotten quotes from 2 other companies but I went with Legacy. Eric left a memorable impression which earned him my business. He was priced in the middle between my two other quotes I got back. He was on time and got the work done. The quality of work was amazing! My experience was wonderful! Eric and his staff matched the wrap around base of my entire deck with the deck floor which was done by a different contractor. He used quality material and they were very meticulous with their work. The deck was taller on one side than the other but they cut everything to perfection and you would not notice the great difference or the amount of work that went into it. The finished product was very classy and professional. Eric also did a bit of landscaping and removed several bushes to complete the project. Eric has done work for me before with another company and I want to wish him the “Best of luck” as he has branched out and started his own company. I’m proud to be his first customer and I already have another project planned soon.
